I'm actually 34-36 waist but ordered 32" for a tighter leg and theres more than enough adjustment in the waist band for a lose waist feel without overly baggy legs. I chose these over other shops because of the zips in the ankles as I don't like tight joggers. Faultless will definetly buy another pair.
