Using this item for a project: portable charger for my electric scooter.
Setup:
Using Milwaukee battery M18(~18v) as input.
Output 42v for my scooter.
After first adjusting voltage multiple sources with different voltages,
I tried vehicle 12v battery as input and it step up voltage automatically. No adjustment necessary.
During tests, Input current was 5-6 amps. Output 3 amps max.
Also added heat sink.
Battery M18 Milwaukee 5Ah charging scooter about 25% because all loses.
