Instructions on setting up preferences could have been easier to follow and the ''preferences'' software does not have enough options, not intuitive, but this is my first install of this type of device, so I am a beginner. Works great though, now that I figured out how to get the label sizing corrected.

    Awesome printer.

    Easy to set up and install. Saves time and money. No more clear tape to fix the paper label to the mail. Thermal printer is way cheaper on ebay than to out right buy one from the manufacture.
