    unlockable cores

    This cpu chip on a s asrock or gigabyte or asus board with core unlocker feature unlocks to a quad core cpu and is really fast and performs well! keep in mind that it may or may not unlock the chip to a full quad core it may unlock to a triple or not at all but look on e-bay some sellers will tell you this cpu has been tested and unlocks that is what you want to buy! the performance is outstanding . This particular chip sold for a very reasonable price so try to find one !

    Athlon II x4 559 @ 3.7GHz 3mb L3

    Works on an old ASUS board with core unlocking, all cores unlocked with l3 cache. OCed to 3.7 Ghz very easy on aftermarket air and small voltage bump. Runs the older games i play well with my hd 7870 in Linux. Great buy to hold me off until the new AMD stuff comes out.
