Classic Hyperkin "Quality"
At this point, I'm honestly convinced that the shining reviews of many third party controllers sold by Hyperkin are either by people who have no standards of quality or fake reviews to back up their downright false advertising. All of the buttons are surprisingly stiff and uncomfortable, most notably, the Z-button uses a microswitch for some ungodly reason. The potentiometers have some play in the up and down directions, resulting in joysticks that are unacceptably loose straight out of the packaging. The thumbstick sits quite low considering the height of the notches, it feels very awkward and upon multiple spin inputs seems to gain more tension and is probably grinding up against something and deteriorating it further. The only good thing about this controller, and dare I call it better ... Controller break down pretty quickly
This type controller doesn't seem to hold up well. It has been but a few days and the joy stick has already quit working correctly. It started slowly and has now basically quit altogether. I won't buy another like this brand.
