    Tough cord.

    The power cord that comes with the Sirius Car Kit is weak. I have been through 3 of then that always break at the point where the wire connects to the cigar lighter transformer. This looks much better. Time will tell.

    Disappointed

    Have used this product for just over a month and it is already shorting out. I am a truck driver in a slip seat job. I have to take my Siriusxm receiver in and out of my truck everyday (M-F). When I first got it, I was somewhat impressed by the quality of design, but just cannot take the daily use that I have put it through. I liked the product when I got it, just can't keep taking in and out of my truck everyday - I need to get one that is more durable and able withstand my daily use.

    Big improvement

    This cord is much better than the original thin wire piece of junk that Sirius includes in their kits. I use my power cord in a couple of vehicles and on my boat. The original has never lasted more than 8 months. I'm glad someone finally made a sturdy replacement.
