I have had several of these over the years, from Amazon, and they have all proved to be a disappointment, losing time very quickly. This one was more expensive and so I’m hoping that it will be a better product, also it looks like this seller can be contacted for advice should it be problematic so fingers crossed. It looks exactly as described, was well packaged and delivery was very quick, so far, so good. I will find out a few months down the line if it was worth it…

Very happy with both the mechanism and the customer service I have had from Dans Clock Shop. The mechanism fits perfectly in my clock’s frame and is now happily ticking away. My original hands didn’t fit so I got in touch with the shop and they replied quickly with suitable replacements. Both deliveries were expedited quickly, packing survived Royal Mail’s best efforts. Cost a little more than some on EBay but the value of the customer service and the choice outweighs the additional cost.

Wonderful to deal with. Answered all my questions that I asked. Good packaging and arrived very quickly. Yes, the shipping is high, but not their fault as it came from England to US. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
