It arrived late but was not due to the seller, the USPS lost the package for a week. The box was ripped up and bent up open on the face with a Y shaped cut about a foot long exposing the face of the mirror, and one other side broken open. The mirror was intact due to the film covering but the connecting bracket had fallen out of the open box. The seller answered communications, and sent a replacement before the 1st shipment was lost.
