Per confirmation email I then contacted the Shipper, they too informed me their records showed item was delivered; they directed me to tell vender to file a claim with them, the shipping company. Long story short item was delivered evening of the 7th. Vendor quickly opened communications to be sure the issue was resolved. All is well, item is as described, would shop here again.

Tracking was provided after delivery and showed that FedEx was responsible for delivery. Strange. We did receive the incorrect remote by model number. However, the remote was similar to the one provided by our TV andit works well. The remote was brand new and in great condition. Communication with the seller was fantastic. Price was fair.
