      very strange experience The vendor never shipped the item when I inquired about tracking the claim they had shipped it but they're having problems with the carrier and immediately offered a refun And I asked them has it been shipped please confirm it and provide me with the tracking in the carrier they wouldn't provide it they just kept insisting they shipped it but the carriers is giving them problems and they recommend that I ask for a refund and afterwards when I receive the item I can settl
