I bought this machine for producing a lot of sock blanks for my classes. It took me quite a while to get a hang of it because my yarn kept dropping stitches. I think it really depends on whta kind of yarn and what weght of yarn you use to get it work properly. But if the fabric was knitted right, it is neat and beautiful. This Addi Machine ( not my first) is tremendously loud!!!! Every time it approaches the first black needle, it makes an Un-Godly loud popping sound, the next 2 black needles are loud, but not as loud as the first one.
