      BEWARE...Seller is not ethical with eBay standards!! Shipping was never done past making a label. Post office never received the item well past the expected delivery date. Seller says item was lost in shipping. FALSE...NEVER SHIPPED!! I needed item fast so after 2 weeks seller sent refund. BAD EXPERIENCE from a bad seller. Sellers information says Rochester NY BUT I don't believe this to be true. Messaged me in a foreign language. Ebay needs to inform us from out of country sellers!!
