      Both items were shipping quickly. Packaging was very good to prevent damage from shipping. One of the thermostats had a couple of broken clips that hold it to the ring. Seller was very responsive and shipped out a replacement the same day I emailed them about it. Replacement thermostat was also packaged well and appeared to be in good condition.
