Seller also had the incorrect name for recipient of item. Imagine our surprise when AMAZON shows at the door asking for a different name. In a unique circumstance, Amazon asked for the name on the package and would NOT leave the package without verifying this. This occurred twice with different couriers. Without contact, seller initiated a refund. Unprofessional, Inconsiderate and Rude!

Told them I recieve weekly packages at my address from ups, fedex, upsp . They then refunded my money. Immediately after received offer from a different seller offering me $5 off same item. 10 days later get exact same worded message from new cant find shipper to deliver to my address. Beware of all sellers selling this item I believe they are same seller and do not have items.
