      Awesome Kives

      These truly are great knives. I now own the 4, 6, 8 and 10" knives in the Old Hickory collection. I LOVE the they are carbon steel and not SS. They are sharp from the start and are very easy to sharpen with a decent sharpener. Use it, clean it, I then wipe quickly with some grape seed oil and put it away for the next use.
