    great product.The illustration looked to be right but on arrival was the wrong shaped storage module.

    I think I purchased the wrong 18V battery. Somehow the selection was made and the wrong description was inadvertently entered. I think it appears to be excellent although it did take a while to get to our address.

    Great value - opened packaging

    This item came in with torn/opened packaging, but it was new and probably couldn't be sold at full retail at a home center. This is a great value, and it works very well in my Makita drill/driver.

    This battery was so old the plastic packaging was crumbled up in the shipping box. Would not hold even the first charge. Not a good buy at all.
