Digitally remastered edition of the Boston boogie band's debut on the (new at the time) EMI America label. Produced by Joe Wissert (Boz Scaggs, Earth Wind & Fire), he managed to consolidate the band's sound and clean up their recording process to make them more appealing to a commercial audience. The single release of "One Last Kiss" was their first single to make it on to the Top 40 charts.

    Pretty Solid Follow Up To Ladies Invited

    It's a solid album with some standout tracks. The title track is terrific as is Wild Man. However, in my opinion the collection as a whole is not as good as it's predecessor, "Ladies Invited" which I think is right up there with "Freeze Frame" as the band's best studio work. Those two ... yup, that's my J. Geils Band daily double.
