don't hold your breath
can't say i got a noticeable up lift after doing the stairs for 15 minutes then doing 5 - 2 second hits of the Boost. Maybe a little. whatever ..it is too expensive to be an everyday thing for us older folks who have respiratory issues anyway. It just might be snake oil?
