Clarity Phones work for the hearing impaired.
These phones work for moderately to severe hearing impaired. If they specify only moderate, that's what they work with. If they say for severely (which I am), they will. They last a good long time, too. My last set before these lasted me better than 20 years and the base unit still works. This is my second set.. I dropped some in water over time and had to replace. This is a great product. I don't need a hearing aid but do a lot of talking by phone in Dog rescue so tone and long periods depend upon this phone which has settings to adjust tones and hearing a tad.
