    Older camera but still works great

    I purchased this older camera for the prupose of transfering Mini DV tapes to my computer. Worked great. I would recommend buying a newer model if you are looking to record something as this is outdated.

    they stop working to easily. doors won't open or won't shut. buttons on screen stop working. the turn on switch wears out

    The Camera is Good

    I enjoy using the camera. As I read the reviews from others I am not surprised that I have had the same problem with the casset door becoming inoperative. This seems to be a problem if you are not very careful and very patient that causes it to stick open and will not close. There seems to be newer cameras with better pixel quality and for about the same price.
