100 year old slow transfer speeds. Works O.K., but abysmally. Missing cables.
While it works, it is a far cry for the "up to 2000 MB/s speed" via CrystalDiskMark 8 utility! I tested 3 of the 4 I purchased. The read & write speeds across two recent computers {Windows 10 & 11, USB 3.0 ports} were found to be a mere 40 MB/s in both directions. Pretty poor and in line with HDD drives {not good}. They do work, just turtle slow. I was going to purchase more, however, not after the dismal results. Too, it was advertised as new, unused in distressed packing. Huh? It was missing the USB-C to USB-C cables it should have come with {all 4 units} It did come with USB-A to USB-C cables.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
