    I give a positive rating here because the instructions were not completely correct: I had to email kwiksim to get my SIM cards activated. There was no response from the seller, so perhaps he may have been able to help, I do not know. The shipping time was also not great, but that is a fault not of the seller but the USPS as it has been run for the past 5-6 years. Other than that, the transaction was smooth.
