I don’t like the design and the way to work, you have to hold the cup to blend that don’t work for me. A friend suggested to me the Keplug and I look for it to purchased and this is what I received. I am very disappointed. Is new. I can returned because the shipping will cost me a lot. I don’t like the appearance of the item at all. The seller didn’t communicate that the item is different than the photo.
