Wrong item was shipped, and instead of correcting the mistake and arranging to send the right item, they just refunded the money. I have no idea what happened as no explaination was provided, messaged them to inquire - no response. Seems like they see ebay only as a means to an end, and the customer as a cash cow, with zero concern for providing a service. It's great they support a charity but the irony is they don't bother to communicate when a problem arises.
