      This seller should be ashamed. Item purchased Sept 12th, no delivery by Oct 11th so posted message. No reply by 14th so opened a refund claim. By Oct 18th eBay message informing me no reply had been sent, therefore they stepped in and honoured my refund. In my time on eBay I have dealt with good, bad and indifferent sellers. However I have never been met by silence, it's so frustrating. This kind of behaviour reflects on all sellers and is unacceptable. Shame on you.
