Solved a major door problem.
This replaced the door locking mechanism in an older (pre-1988) Andersen Frenchwood door. It solved multiple problems with the old door lockset, I would say it was a perfect fit, other than having to drill new pilot holes in one or two spots where the new holes didn't match to install all the screws on the door edge. I would say it was a total win/win situation vs. replacing an otherwise very nice and expensive door. Just verify measurements before ordering a replacement.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect fit and working order
I had done some research and this is the only option for the 3-point locking mechanism, there are no parts to fix it, also the mechanism where the handle is located doesn’t have screws to take it apart. This was worth every penny, Great quality, shipping box was attached to a board so not to get bent during shipping, replacement took about a half hour and arrived when it was supposed to. WORK'S FINE WITH ONE MINOR ADJUSTMENT.
