TV Sports Football brings gridiron action to your TurboGrafx 16. There are four modes of play: exhibition, which is one game played by two teams; league play, which is an entire football season consisting of eight different teams in two divisions; practice, where you can hone your passing and kicking skills; and demonstration, which lets you watch a computer-controlled game. The players on each team are rated by speed, hands, strength, and agility. Other options and features familiar to video game fans with a passion for football include kickoffs, play-calling, extra points, punting, passing, catching, running, field goals, touchdowns, and tackles. Also, a computerized voice simulator calls out plays and downs and makes comments on the progress of the game, and a password feature lets you save your progress during league play.
