Not new was used and doesn't work
When I opened the package I could smell the pump smelled burned up put it in tank and plugged it in it did nothing took top off and spun the propeller all it does is vibrate and barley goes around this is the box and the wire has white salt residue on it that looked as it they had wiped it clean
