      Item arrived with good packaging with the defects it was described with. Though there was some glue residue in the front pocket but I believe that might just be associated with the certain design of backpack because I ordered a brand new one from a different website and it also came with a bit of glue in the front pocket so maybe that's just how it's manufactured but I personally do not like that so I had it returned. But the seller was really considerate and I'd recommend purchasing from them.
