Delicious coconut milk powder...........I use it in my protein shakes, hot tea and even my bulletproof tea first thing in the morning. It dissolves beautifully. When you look in the bag you see lumps but that temporary it's just from settling in the bag. The chunks immediately dissolve in your drink and even when you pick the lumps up they immediately fall apart and dissolve, so there's no problem with mixing this powder in anything.
