Lightweight, good features
I originally purchased a 3 handset combo pack of these phones, and they are working great. They are easy to setup, they last a long time when not on charge and have some of the best sound quality. I did purchase a forth separate handset to add to the original set, but I'm am having a lot of trouble with it. It continues to loose connection with the base station, and continues to beep about every 10 minutes. I have replaced the batteries in the handset, brought it to full charge and that has made no difference in operation. I am Leary about purchasing another handset ... No even minor scratches on a used phone and reasonable price.
The phone that I got had even no minor scratches although it was listed in the condition of the item as used. The batteries were included and they work for now well. I don't know how they'll work in few months but it has not been yet 2 months that I got the phone. For now the sound is excellent and the speaker works fine and the phone is charging alright. Replaced a failing one we'd had for years.
I ordered this to replace a failing one we'd had for, well, I don't know how long for but it was a long time ago that we got it. It's been used so much a lot of the buttons are worn to being unreadable. That wasn't the problem though. Undiustinguishable From New
I have been using this Dect 6.0 system for several years and have been very satisfied with it. The reason I bought this handset is that I wanted to add one at another location in my house. My existing base unit recognized the new handset as soon as I registered it, following the instructions in the user's manual for the system. The title for this review says it all - the only difference from a new unit was that it came without batteries - no problem, since I had several spare NIMH AAA batteries on hand. Didn't work
