Half were bent such that they would fit on rack. Had to manually pry them open. Barely just within my strength limit without using 2 pair of plyers - what would a person with less strength have done? Send them back for refund - PITA. So... who was responsible for the unusual packaging? was it the supplier? shipped? Amazon?
