    If you want to work out at home ...

    This instructor is a former ballet dancer. She and her daughter have developed these exercise routines to help us maintain flexibility. I also do Pilates, but found Classical Stretch to be a great addition to my regular routine. Miranda Esmonde-White is in her 60's! You'd never guess by the cover art photo. I also read her book in which she explains in some detail just what happens when we stretch the right way and why it's important to incorporate the entire body. This routine is easy to do at home; does not require much space. Some of the moves may be too fast for a beginner, but you will catch on quickly; they are easy.     More explanation, moves a bit slower

    Classical Stretch Season 4 has more explanation in it and moves a bit slower than later seasons. Bought for my husband who is not as quick picking up her moves. One can still work as hard as other seasons. I will be doing this season as all the different episodes, from all her seasons, have benefit and it is good to mix things up.

    Really Helps With Aging

    I am a Senior lady who has been doing "Classical Stretch" for nearly two years now. It keeps me amazingly supple and, I believe, keeps me fitting in my favorite capris. My local PBS station moved "Classical Stretch" from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. I found "Classical Stretch" on another channel at 6:00 a.m. and started setting my alarm for 5:45 a.m. But this is too much like being employed again, so I decided to purchase this three DVD set so I can once again exercise at 7:30. And it is working out great!
