    The sellers shipping and packaging skills were outstanding. Howard Miller themselves should contact this seller to learn how to ship their new clocks with the same care as demonstrated by this seller. The clock as described was in almost flawless condition. I am experiencing a minor issue with chimes but am in contact with seller and am sure the issue can and will be resolved. An excellent purchase for me as it fits our building perfectly.

It took me a half hour to unpack the clock and there was also a note to direct me where the accessories for the clock were. The clock is as described and in working order.
