    Usefull information

    The DVD features a two hour presentation with Sandor Katz as he gives a lecture in a home setting on the practical aspects of fermenting vegetables and some dairy products. His presentation covers a very large amount of history concerning fermentation as well as practical aspects of the process. The DVD also has an interview with Sandor that had been recorded previously to his presentation and is also very informative although it covers some of the same ground as the feature presentation. The Fermentation workshop with Sandor Katz is a great starting point for anyone wanting to enter the world of home fermentation.
