They had been wrapped incredibly and with such care so that was a surprise. I contacted the seller and they were understanding and able to replace the 3 of them. They sent the replacements very quickly. So out of 6 eggs total that were undamaged (3 original and 3 new ones) and made it to the incubator we got 4 ducklings. We are very happy with ducklings and would buy again!
