We received the icemaker with one of the corners dented all along the height of the unit, so it was not in excellent/new condition. The unit works and makes ice, so I contacted the seller for a resolution. They refunded some of the purchase price for the damage and we were satisfied with the new price. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again as they did right by us.
