    The transaction between the seller and I was fine. When the package arrived, I was very apprehensive as it was rattling. The three plates were very loosely placed in the box with only one sheet of paper very loosely wrapping them all. There was also no cushioning between each plate. Luckily, there was no causalities. I would suggest more care in future packing.
