I began assembling it and found that there were not enough screws; some of the screws for are A and C were missing. As result, I juggled the screws around, seeing as they all used the same assembly tool, and was able to assemble the chair, without the footrest. Of course, I really didn't buy it for the footrest, so that was not an issue for me. It is fantastic in my little family study office. Thanks!
