The package got to the final sorting stop before delivery in Springfield MO then was sent all the way back to NY. Then another trip back to Springfield and sat for 3 days.It took 16 days to get delivered. However, having said that, I had contacted the seller to alert them in case the package was returned and they couldn't have been more helpful. They tracked the package with me and seemed genuinely empathetic to my situation. I was quite impressed. I would recommend highly.
