    Beautiful to look at But does not cool the room

    This is one of the nicest looking ac units available it runs ultra quiet and the WiFi is great on the phone when the app is working correctly but it’s just a shame that it’s looks are all that’s a wow factor this unit barely cools a 12x12 bedroom after running for hours it starts to get warm. I contacted Frigidaire and all they say is to reset the unit or have service come check it out it’s a brand new unit why should it need service. This unit is very expensive to purchase and it just doesn’t pay to buy it when it can’t do the job. I would recommend a window unit over this portable uni.t

    Good, not great

    Has nice features, such as WiFi connectivity, but doesn’t cool really well. Bought this as a replacement for an ugly window unit with same BTU rating, but it does not cool nearly as well.

    Awesome

    Unit was new, well packaged, is working perfectly as described. I have now had the first cool night of sleep in weeks. And the price was fair. It shipped from right here in Wisconsin so I got it in 2 days. The process of installing the exhaust system into my vertical window took some measuring and the purchase of some additional foam and a dowel to keep the window from being opened (as it can no longer be locked. Thank you.

    Love this air conditioner.

    It is quiet, nice and cool and looks nice in the room. It is super easy to set up and a good price. Shipping was fast and while they didn't track the travel - it did arrive on time.
