The chip I needed
It brought my old, non-working PK-88 back to life. I appreciate that. One other chip needed replacement, but that became clear after the EPROM kicked the box back into life. My PK-88 now is fully functional again and being used with Winlink and with APRS.

Great Old Terminal Node Controllers
These TNCs are are built like a Ship's Anchor. They are no longer made, but, if you are lucky enough to find one at a reasonable price, buy it. They are perfect for a packet node and for APRS.
