The seller was prompt in the communication and agreed to a partial refund. Hopefully a lesson learned. I would definitely purchase from them again, and recommend them to others

Seller was so patient and polite all throughout and with whatever we decided to do after all else failed . Seller was so swift with replying every message i sent .
