    Seller posted item as open box (with photo of the box) but the item was shipped in two ziploc bags, which were missing a few important items (batteries, corner mount, screws, wire extenders, wall anchors, wire caps). Shipping was delayed, too. I paid for the item on November 5 but the seller shipped it on November 8 so the item arrived beyond the estimated range of arrival date. The seller was also delayed in refunding me, receiving the item back on November 17 but refunding me November 21.
