    Astro A-10

    The only reason I didn't give 5/5 starts was because the cord was faulty. Outgoing voice was crackly and at times unbearable for other people in the party. This was a isolated case for Astro. I emailed Astro Technical Support and they shipped me a new cord which has fixed the problem. These are a very nice headset and great quality for the price.

    Incident I experienced with it

    I had ordered a headset from Kathy , it was sent to a another person . She figured it out finally. It was for my sons birthday. A week later nothing ! Her correspondence from her to my messages took days for her to get back to me . She offered a discount for the headset but still didn’t get one due to it being late for my sons birthday . So I asked her agin I thought you were discounting the headset she responded I didn’t get feedback on the item on how good it is yet , so here it is yes it works ! And I did receive it two weeks later and here is your feedback keep the discount for this feedback
