      Product VERY much did NOT match listing description in terms of either form or function. MAJOR Cosmetic Flaws and arrived nonfunctional and missing parts. TO THEIR CREDIT, VENDOR IMMEDIATELY ISSUED FULL NO QUESTIONS ASKED REFUND - AND - I DID NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM. i could be wrong, but i suspect when you do as much business as this vendor seems to, some slip ups are inevitable. The MOST important thing is to immediately take ownership and responsibility, which this vendor did.
