Nicely made, not for cheaper bikes.
Well made made, but make sure you measure properly and don't leave things to chance, I assumed all headsets are more or less the same, and I was wrong, it left me with not enough thread exposed to properly tighten, probably because my bike is a lower end model, I expect higher end bikes won't have that problem.
