It is clearly new and well packaged and sent very promptly, as has everything I’ve ever ordered from this company. They’re always friendly, helpful, include fabric details, post promptly and protect fabric with a plastic outer bag which can be reused if opened carefully.     post was an issue but received the following day after saying delivered by post office i strongley recommend another delivery company as was very difficult to tell whether you could find it in the first place to track back not good for business also 1 meter of fabric was very creased i spent 1/2 hr to steam it out it delayed my time please check the fabric you send as i fell it was exspensive for a end of roll sample kind regards positive left
