    This Kit is Great !!

    Tamiya makes some really great kits... I prefer 1/48 scale. This 2.5 Duce & a Half is one of those great kits that has lots of modification possibilities. There are lots of after market resin upgrades/customization kits are available [from Europe [France & Romania]. I highly recommend this model. It's NOT durable... I mean, it's a plastic model, not a kid's toy.

    6x6 cargo truck

    1/48 scale is well represented by Tamiya, this truck has a die cast chassis which gives the finished model heft. The detail of the model is typical of the entire line of Tamiya products. The details are crisp and clean with no flash on any mold lines. Figures are finely detailed as well.Parts fit is excellent ,minimal filing is needed. I would recommend this Kit.

    Must be experienced

    It was difficult to assemble as the instructions were only in picture form. The tires did not turn. and many of the parts were confusing as to location. The finished project was acceptable. It is important that the parts be painted before assembly.
