    The seller listed the item as "Like New". Upon arrival, all of the DVD's were scratched (some deeply) and/or blemished with finger prints, and the five I tested were defective (including the movies). The seller had the auction listed as "no returns accepted". I contacted the seller and told him to send me a return label, or I would open a case through eBay. The seller indignantly told me to go through eBay, and made me wait over two weeks for the return. Very poor customer service!
